Top Chef Chicago premiered tonight on BRAVO! Seems like it's gonna be a good season. They made deep dish pizzas and classic cuisine that looked "delish." Anyone see that greek pizza?? mmmm.
Well, If you know anything about me, you know I am obsessed with 'Kiwis' and this season they've brought on a kid named Mark from New Zealand with a rad accent. So I am very excited to see where the season will take him as well as a few other chefs (like Richard, the molecular gastronomist). Hopefully they will get rid of Andy soon, he is really annoying. Not in a good way either, like a dramatic antagonist, NO he just has a weird voice and talks WAYYY too fast. Anyways, can't wait to see next week's episode and practice some of what I see in the kitch.
