- Two Studios announced asian remakes; "Oldboy" and "The Host"... The Host is one of my favorite movies, its this cool monster movie from South Korea. The American version will be directed by Gore Verbinski (Pirates of the Caribbean) so fingers crossed that it will be awesome.
